New Publication: FlexLex Energierecht

The collection of Energy Law, edited by Renate Pirstner-Ebner, has been newly published in the FlexLex series by facultas. It offers a compilation of the most important Energy Laws, especially in conjunction with Climate Protection Law. The first part of the collection contains the Energy Law of the European Union for the electricity and gas industries, security of supply, renewable energies, energy efficiency and the European Climate Law. The second part comprises the Austrian transposition provisions for the Union Law mentioned above, such as the Electricity Act, Gas Act, Renewable Expansion Act, Energy Efficiency Act and the E-Control Act.
