The book “Energierecht” (Energy Law) by Renate Pirstner-Ebner has now been published by the facultas-Verlag. In addition to the market models for electricity and gas, the security of energy supply and energy regulation, the climate-protection-specific energy law provisions are dealt with in detail. These include in particular the provisions on renewable energies, energy efficiency, decentralisation (Citizens' Energy Communities), digitalisation (Blockchain) and the energy system of the future (Green Smart Grid).
